When should I repot my orchid?

You should consider repotting your orchid when itsroots have filled the pot and started to grow out of the drainage holes. However, your orchid will be fine if you leave it as it is. Make sure you use a potting mix that is light and porous if it isn’t potted in something like sphagnum moss or coconut bark already.
