Where do I put my orchid in the winter?

Orchids should be kept in a cool, bright spot in the winter. They don’t need as much light in the winter, so you can put them in a north-facing window if you want. However, make sure they’re not in a drafty spot, as that can damage the plant. You should also make sure to water them less frequently in the winter, as they go into a dormant stage where they don’t grow, and the water evaporates slower due to colder temperatures.
