What does a dying orchid look like?

A dying orchid will look wilted, and the leaves may start to turn yellow, brown or black, and/or have dark spots on them. They may turn thin, wrinkly, soft, floppy and/or droopy. The precise changes depend on the issue, e.g. rot causes brown soft spots on leaves while underwatering causes wrinkled roots and leaves.
