How do you remove baby orchid stems?

To remove a baby orchid stem, you need to cut it away from the main plant. The best way to do this is with a sharp knife or pair of scissors. Make sure to sterilize the blade beforehand to avoid infecting the plant. Cut as close to the base of the stem as possible, and then pot up the baby if it has strong enough roots and leaves, or throw it away if it doesn’t.
